But no matter what kind of struggle you may face, I’m here to tell you that there is hope for change!

Why do people struggle with negative emotions?

You can train your brain to think in different ways. Learning how to do this is the key to eliminating negative emotions and replacing them with positive ones.

There are many ways that we can help our brains think differently, but one of the most important is through mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation involves focusing on one thing at a time and practicing being in the moment without judging or thinking about anything else. This cannot be easy at first because we are so used to having so much going on in our minds at once all day long! But after practicing it a few times, it becomes easier and more natural for us over time (this takes anywhere from a few days up until several years, depending on how often you practice).

This helps us get rid of negative emotions by helping us understand why they exist in the first place: they’re not just random thoughts popping into our heads; they have meaning behind them! We feel sad because there’s something wrong with what happened today/last week/last month; we’re angry because someone did something bad, etc.

The answer is simple: anything that negatively impacts your self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence, self-image, and self-respect can cause you to feel worthless. And it’s important to know what these things are so you can avoid them!

Why do people feel shame?

Shame is a feeling of embarrassment, guilt, and unworthiness. We experience shame when we feel our actions or behaviors don’t match what society expects us to do or be.

Shame can be a powerful motivator. It tells us that if we want to be accepted by others, then what other people think about us is important and for many people, this is true. But shame also teaches us not to trust ourselves because it makes us feel that our experiences are wrong or bad. This means you might find yourself believing that your feelings are wrong even when they’re not!

Because shame often comes from childhood experiences (like being told “you’re stupid/ugly/bad”), it’s common for adults who were shamed growing up to struggle with confidence issues later on in life in their friendships and partnerships but also at work or school where they may have been labeled “the dumb one.”

The cycle of love and hate is something that most people experience. It’s very real, but it cannot be easy to break. Essentially, someone will do something to annoy or upset us; we feel angry with them for this. We hold onto our anger for as long as possible (sometimes years). Eventually, though, we forget about the incident and start to like that person again until they do something else annoying or upsetting! When this happens again, rather than remembering why you didn’t like them before (because they did X), your brain will think, “Well I don’t know what happened before,” and you’ll feel the urge to like them again.

To help others, it helps to understand why they’re going through what they’re going through.

If you’re not sure what’s causing the problems that are making people suffer, it cannot be easy to help them. But if you understand why they’re suffering and what they need to do about it, there’s a better chance of helping them solve those problems.

That’s why it’s important for us all to have conversations about our issues: so that we can get a better understanding of each other and how we can work together on solutions.
